18.-22.5.2006: Change Facilitation Conference
The Change Facilitation folks would like to let you know the latest on the Change Facilitation Global Conference in Heinsheim, Germany in May. It is shaping up to be a very special event filled with fun social events, a chance to do network business and interesting and dynamic workshops for our professional development.
Based on your feedback, the conference has plenty of opportunities for getting to know one another - some highlights (all are included in the conference fee except the trip to Heidelberg and the dinner we will be having there):
- wine tasting in hotel cellar
- dancing the night away (with special DJ)
- guided morning walks around the village
- candlelight dinner
- celebratory banquet
Dates
May 18-22
Arrival is anytime on Thursday, May 18th. There will be a welcoming reception from 17.30 19.00 with dinner starting at 19.00. If you arrive earlier, you can eat in the castle restaurant which is privately run or in the village.
The conference will now officially end on Monday 22nd with an evening banquet. Departure is anytime on the 23rd PLEASE NOTE: There are now no sessions on Tuesday 23rd as in the original schedule.

The conference will take place in Hotel Schloss Heinsheim
which is about 50km from the historical German town of Heidelberg.
Who can attend
The conference is open to all including those who are not yet a network member. There is however a difference in the conference fee for non-network members as you can see under "Conference Payment".
Pre-Post Conference Stays/Spouses
As this is a very scenic part of Germany filled with old castles and beautiful rolling valleys, you may want to come early or stay on for a little holiday. The rate in either case is 65 euro per person.
Spouses may accompany you for 80 euro per day which includes accommodations, 3 meals and the social events.

Transportation

Via Air: Frankfurt or Stuttgart International Airports.
Holger has kindly agreed to be host at the Frankfurt Airport gathering people together for a mini-bus departure at 15.00. The cost would be
about 40 euro per person, one way. From Stuttgart you will need to take a taxi directly to Schloss Heinsheim
about 80 euro one way.
Via Rail: There is a railway station in Bad Rappenau where
we can pick you up or you can take a taxi directly to Schloss Heinsheim about 5km.
Via Car: For specific directions look on www.viamichelin.com
What to wear
Dress will be casual take a look at the social program for designing your wardrobe.
Note: You will need to go outside and walk about 30metres to
get to the restaurant and meeting room and if the weather permits we will be holding some of our sessions out-of-doors.
Menu
As we are getting a very special daily rate, we will
have a set menu with vegetarian option cooked by the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Breakfast will be a buffet in the hotel breakfast room. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you.
