A practical workshop on mind-body coordination utilizing Mindfulness Training and the Alexander Technique.
These two disciplines constitute a practical hands-on approach to be more present in every moment. As a result you can learn to work with stress or pain and improve your general performance and awareness.
Dennis Morbin studied meditation with Tibetan meditation master Chogyam Trungpa. He integrating the principles of mind-body coordination in his seminars in the Czech Republic where he has lived for the past 10 years.
Paul Baxter has been working with Alexander Technique for eight years. He has extensive experience in leasing lectures for companies and dance schools. His main field of interest is the application of the Technique to prevent and resolve stress situations.

Alexander Technique Is a simple and practical technique well known in English-speaking countries. It can help everybody to move, breathe and speak with a natural ease and vitality, improve our sense of balance and coordination. It does not require any special skills or equipment.
